Drones Gates is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by DJI or any other manufacturer. All trademarks, brand names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

- “Customer” means the individual purchasing Products for personal use
- “Products” means civilian unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), batteries, spare parts and accessories
- “Order” means a purchase request submitted via the Website
- “Contract” means the legally binding agreement formed under Section 5

3. Business model disclosure
3.1 The Company operates exclusively as a business-to-consumer (B2C) online retailer.
3.2 The Company:

- Does not facilitate peer-to-peer sales
- Does not manufacture drones
- Does not sell military-grade, restricted or weaponised equipment
3.3 Products are sourced from authorised UK and EU distributors and fulfilled through recognised logistics providers operating within the UK, EU and EEA.
4. Eligibility
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old.
4.2 By placing an Order, you confirm that:

8. Delivery

15. Export control and sanctions
15.1 Orders are screened against UK and EU sanctions frameworks.
15.2 Products may not be exported or re-exported in violation of applicable export control laws.
15.3 Orders breaching sanctions or restricted destination regulations will be cancelled.
16. Intellectual property
All Website content, including logos, text, images and design elements, is owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
17. Limitation of liability
